Pacifica International located in Issaquah, Washington (just outside Seattle) provides The Millionth Circle with 501c3 IRS status.

Pacifica International Foundation is a non-profit educational organization founded in 1987 founded by Katherine and Roger Collis. Katherine Collis is one of the Millionth Circle convener's who with Leslie Lanes administers the charitable activities of the Millionth Circle Initiative. Pacifica International serves a broad mission to improve international cooperation and enhance cross-cultural communication and human understanding. Pacifica International sponsors activities that seek to build healthy relationships and partnerships among people of diverse backgrounds. We believe that through facilitating collaborative relationships we can more fully actualize human potential, build the foundations for a global community, and find compassionate solutions to our collective problems.
